Rights Centre

The Rights Centre of the Read Plus Foundation will facilitate both foreign and local publishers. Local publishers will be able to contact foreign publishers for selecting books and for obtaining copyrights. Foreign publishers are also welcome to select Lankan publications and to contact publishers.
